Denebolian republic - Diplomacy
Denebolian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Denebolian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) is responsible for managing the Republic's diplomatic relations and foreign policy across the galaxy. Its primary role is to foster peaceful relations with alien civilizations, negotiate treaties, and represent Denebol in interstellar organizations. The MFA oversees trade agreements, alliances, and first-contact protocols to ensure the Republic's strategic interests are upheld. It works closely with the Ministry of Defense through the Denebolian Diplomatic Corps (DDC) for missions requiring both diplomatic and military coordination, especially when dealing with complex negotiations in hostile or uncharted territories.
Star Charts:
Denebolian Ministry of Foreign Affairs manages International Star Charts through Star Charts and Cartography Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs collaborates with STARS and SHIELD to create and maintain comprehensive maps of the known galaxy. Using data from STARS' exploration missions and SHIELD's intelligence, the division updates navigational routes, identifies key celestial landmarks, and marks restricted or dangerous areas. These star charts are made freely available to all Denebolian citizens and allied nations, promoting safe travel, exploration, and trade across the galaxy, while ensuring military-sensitive zones remain classified for security purposes.
The MFA is pivotal in maintaining Denebol's influence in galactic politics, ensuring stable interstellar relations and collaborative partnerships for the Republic's security and prosperity.
Current Minister: Prof. Gregory Magnus
Denebolian Interstellar Treaties
The Denebolian Interstellar Treaties are key agreements crafted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense and various influential individuals, including leaders like President Wilson and Dr. Elizabeth Weir. Treaties such as the Vadeelan Nebula Treaty and the Blue Eagle Treaty were formed with input from diplomatic representatives and military strategists, ensuring mutual defense, intelligence sharing, and diplomatic cooperation with allied interstellar nations. The Treaty of the Morrigan, focused on cultural and scientific exchange with the Tuatha Dé Danann, further highlights Denebol's dedication to fostering peaceful relations and collaborative research. These treaties reinforce Denebol's position as a leader in interstellar diplomacy and security, balancing both military obligations and peaceful cooperation.
Denebolian Diplomatic Corps (DDC)
Under the Shared Command of the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Denebolian Diplomatic Corps (DDC) is responsible for managing interstellar diplomacy, negotiations, and maintaining peace with other civilizations. This body works in conjunction with the Strategic Diplomatic Center to ensure that diplomatic efforts align with Denebol's defense strategy and military operations.

Planetary relations
The Kingdoms of Arnor
Friendly relations, Denebolian Accord member
In the Denebolian Republic, feelings toward the Kingdoms of Arnor are becoming more nuanced and varied, reflecting a complex relationship shaped by both admiration and frustration. While formal alliances and friendly relations endure, Denebolians are increasingly divided in their personal views of Arnor. For every Denebolian who grows weary of Arnor's conservative, warrior-focused traditions, there is another who is captivated by the kingdom's rich culture and deep sense of honor.
Among younger Denebolians, a sentiment of impatience with Arnor's seeming resistance to progress has emerged, particularly regarding issues like genetic research and advanced technologies, where Denebolians often see themselves at the forefront. To these individuals, Arnorians' cautious stance on matters like cybernetic enhancements or planetary stewardship feels out of step with the bold spirit of exploration that drives Denebolian society. The perception that Arnorian representatives often question or even criticize Denebolian initiatives, while emphasizing their own priorities, has fostered a degree of skepticism in some circles.
At the same time, there is a large and equally passionate segment of the Denebolian public that sees great potential in collaboration with Arnor. Many young Denebolians are fascinated by Arnor's deep traditions, finding inspiration in the kingdom's resilience and unique worldview. They see Arnor as a reminder that peace and progress are possible, even between vastly different cultures. These citizens feel that Arnor's perspectives, though sometimes at odds with Denebolian ambitions, add richness to the Accord and offer opportunities for learning and growth.
The Denebolian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diplomatic Corps remain focused on nurturing this spirit of unity, reminding all Denebolians that the Accord was built on principles of mutual respect and shared goals. As the upcoming INFINITY Station prepares to open its doors to all Accord members, Denebolians hope this new shared space will offer fresh opportunities to bridge divides and foster understanding.
Ultimately, the Denebolian people are a nation of explorers and optimists, and many hold on to the hope that with time and dialogue, Denebolians and Arnorians will find common ground, forging a future that respects both tradition and progress.

Amaurëa
Friendly relations, Denebolian Accord member
The Denebolian Republic values its cordial relationship with the Eldar, within the framework of the Denebolian Accord. While our nations share common interests in scientific exploration and energy research, we recognize the need for ongoing dialogue and cooperation to address mutual concerns. Our diplomatic efforts are focused on fostering a collaborative environment despite the challenges posed by Eldar's priorities in settlement development. The Denebolian government remains committed to promoting goodwill and cooperation with the Eldar, while ensuring the prudent protection of our planetary resources. We continue to engage in constructive discussions aimed at enhancing mutual understanding and friendship between our peoples.
Ambassador assigned to Denebolian-Eldar matters: Ambassador Draven Starshroud
Hydra State
Neutral relations, Annexation in progress
The Denebolian Republic is currently engaged in the process of annexing the Hydra State into our nation. While this transition unfolds, we maintain a neutral stance and implement random border check zones to facilitate the integration process smoothly. Our priority lies in ensuring the safety and security of all inhabitants while minimizing any potential disruptions. The Denebolian government remains vigilant in managing this transition period, with a focus on upholding peace and stability within our borders. We are committed to fostering a harmonious relationship with the Hydra State and look forward to a future of mutual cooperation and prosperity.

Interstellar relations
Ingerdimnär
Hostile relations, Cold War status
The Denebolian Republic regrets the escalation of hostilities with the Ingerdimnär following their unprovoked attack on our agents and military installations. Despite our efforts to establish peaceful relations, the Ingerdimnär's pursuit of lost technology has resulted in a state of cold war. The Denebolian government remains committed to safeguarding our sovereignty and ensuring the security of our citizens. While diplomatic channels remain open, our primary concern is the protection of our homeworld, Denebol-4, from any potential threats posed by the Ingerdimnär. We urge for restraint and diplomacy in resolving this conflict, with the hope of achieving a peaceful resolution in the interests of both our peoples.

Tuatha Dé Danann
Friendly relations, Treaty of the Morrigan
The Tuath Dé are very friendly and compassionate people. They are known on Earth from Celtic mythology and according to our sources they often interacted with human and such worlds. Their rich history and knowledge of magic made them famous as healers, craftsmen, heroes and warriors among many worlds. They are very wise and religious people and deeply loyal to their cultural habits and traditions. SHIELD has made contact with their nation through Stargate, after discovery of an old Temple on planet DMW-3668 (Riga). After first contact diplomatic discussions were transferred to DASF. The Tuath Dé are connected to our nation by the "Treaty of the Morrigan". This treaty states that the Tuath Dé are obliged to help W.A.N.D. scientists and soldiers study and control magic in exchange of scientific discovery sharing, membership within IOA and promise of protection or help against hostile nations in this galaxy if such help or protectioon is needed. Also the Treaty states that is forbidden for Denebolian republic leaders to reveal the location of the Otherworld, their homeplanet.

The Eskana people
Friendly relations, Vadeelan Nebula Treaty
The Eskana people is first offworld nation which made first contact with our nation. Their level of technology resembles technology on Earth in late 20th century. As non interstellar civilization, they would be rejected by Denebolian government for first contact program. However as they were the first to make contact we could not ignore them. Their scientists decoded Stargate dialing system and accidentally dialed Stargate adress to T.R.A.C.E. base, which is relativelly close to their homeworld. After initiating contact diplomatic discussions were transferred to SHIELD and later DASF. Their scientific curiosity and urge to explore reminded us our own people which used to be and still are similar in this matter. Their planetary industrial and trade infrastructure makes them rare and valuable ally. Denebolian republic is diplomatically bounded to this world by the "Vadeelan Nebula Treaty". This treaty makes trade between DR and Eskana possible. In this matter, treaty allows only trade in non military technologies and knowledge.
Ambassador assigned to Denebolian-Eskana matters: Ambassador Zoranth Trelk
The Gori Merchant Fleet
Friendly relations, Vadeelan Nebula Treaty
People of Gori are of very difficult nature. They are naturally suspicious about everything. Especially when it comes to trade and debating over price. They are peaceful generally and excellent traders, which trade with peaceful and even hostile nations. Most of the black markets takes place on board of some ships in Gori fleet. Denebolian government has no jurisdiction on board any of the Gori ships and can not put stop to the black markets and more importantly denebolian government does not even want to. This gives us a opportunities to buy or intercept illegal goods without diplomatic repercussions to our nation. The Gori Fleet is a member of "Vadeelan Nebula Treaty". Position of Gori Merchant Fleet has been charted in our galaxy map since it's discovery by DASF reconnaissance vessel in 2022. Currently the main fleet is positioned within asteroid belt of binary pulsar XA5-066 in Aldeera space sector. Fleet is often mistaken for space debris by approaching ships, which serves as protective measure, however since it's discovery by Denebolian Air & Space Force, Beta chapter command dispatched 4 Horizon class warships to patrol and protect Gori fleet.

Fifth Praetorian Belt
Friendly relations, The Blue Eagle Treaty
Citizens of Praetorian Belt are remnants of an ancient empire. Thousands of years there was an interstellar empire called Praetoria. These people were ruled by powerful noble families through 1/5 of a galaxy. But when the era of this empire has passed, only few remembering remains. Ultimate fate of the Empire is not certain as there is not much informations left of it and noble's homeworld has never been known. This nation specifically was formed few centuries ago by remnants of imperial military regiment and their families. They are skilled warriors which are trained whole life in all forms of close quarter battle. They are practically knights. Their technology is nearly as advanced as ours. But thousands of years of stagnation in science research has rendered their technology slowly outdated and more vulnerable to damages. Nevertheless they are still formidable opponents to any skilled warrior. What their knights lack in science knowledge they outweigh with their fight skills. This nation is included in "The Blue Eagle Treaty".
Ambassador assigned to Denebolian-Belt matters: Ambassador Victoria Hartwell
Royal Draconis Empire
Neutral relations, The Blue Eagle Treaty
Royal Draconis Empire is not an exemplary ally our nation would choose. They are arrogant, selfish and very rude to other races. This empire rule great number of worlds and has succesfully established industrialuzation on these planets. Denebolian republic has agreed to friendly and peaceful relations with Draconis Empire for their great supply and processing mineral resources. Their military nor space navy is nearly as formidable as ours, however their superiority in AI defense systems turned many battles in their favor. For now the Draconis Empire is a member of The Blue Eagle Treaty and they showed their desire to become member state in The Vadeelan Nebula Treaty and maybe even Denebolian Accord. Unfortunatelly denebolian government is not sure that their goals are same as ours and will not risk involment of DA members in incidents which could be prevented or could not be justified in the first place. Denebolian government sees their problem recognizing basic civil rights even among their own citizens and is constantly pushing on draconis government to recongize and protect those rights in sight of deeper diplomatic relations with our nation.
Ambassador assigned to Denebolian-Dracon matters: Ambassador Alexander Westwood
The Orbitum Accord
Friendly relations, The Blue Eagle Treaty
The Orbitum Accord is relativelly young interstellar power. The alliance of three worlds in same solar system was formed after a rogue black hole entered solar system in question and changed orbit of planets within it. Before this natural disaster the three planets were on status of a cold war and did not communicate much nor cooperate. But as planetary orbits has begun to shift they realised that cooperation is their only chance for surviving. Fourth planet in solar system which was suited for life was unhabited and least likely to have it's orbit changed because of the black hole. All three worlds established their colonies on fourth planet and begun embracing their common future. Since the disaster, peace ruled between colonies and after a while they formed The Orbitum Accord alliance. Denebolian government established fiendly relations with the alliance and included member worlds in The Blue Eagle Treaty. They have very advanced data storing technology as they managed to store knowledge from all three original worlds and acess the data anytime with proper technology and recognition codes.
