Ministry of Defense Summary:

Denebolian military operates under Denebolian Ministry of Defense. Ministry of Defense coordinates and gives orders to each separate military branche. However, SHIELD is the only organization, which receives orders only as a advisements, unless they come from the president of Denebolian republic.

For organization and overseeing of joint missions, ministry created Strategic Joint Command, which operates under joint command council of all three organization representatives. The council is still receiving orders from Denebolian Ministry of Defense.

Brief history of Denebolian military:

As the Denebolian Republic expanded into space, three key organizations emerged to protect and advance its interests: SHIELD, STARS, and ARCANE.

SHIELD was the first to be established, tasked with interstellar security, intelligence, and technological advancement. Over time, SHIELD became the leading force behind Denebol's military defense, law enforcement, and scientific innovation, controlling classified information and spearheading the Republic's technological dominance.

As Denebol expanded further, the need for a more specialized military force led to the formation of STARS from the existing Denebolian Armed Space Force (DASF). STARS took on the roles of defense, exploration, and humanitarian missions, focusing on interstellar diplomacy and military operations while relying on SHIELD for advanced technology and intelligence.

Meanwhile, as Denebol encountered growing supernatural threats, ARCANE was created. Evolving from SHIELD's TERA program and the WAND Division, ARCANE became responsible for mystical research, supernatural containment, and extra-dimensional defense.

In the modern era, SHIELD, STARS, and ARCANE collaborate closely, each playing a vital role in Denebol's interstellar operations. SHIELD provides technology and intelligence, STARS leads military defense and exploration, and ARCANE specializes in supernatural containment. Together, they form a unified front, ensuring Denebol's continued security and prosperity across the galaxy.

Strategic Joint Command

The Strategic Joint Command is created to coordinate joint operations between SHIELD, STARS, and ARCANE. It ensures that military, scientific, and diplomatic efforts are aligned during missions that involve multiple branches. The SDC is responsible for handling strategic planning, resource allocation, and diplomatic relations on these joint missions. 

Leadership:

The SJC is overseen by a Joint Command Council composed of leading officials from each organization:

• Director of SHIELD: Focuses on intelligence, security, and technological advancement.
• Chief of STARS: Oversees military, exploration, and humanitarian operations.
• Director of ARCANE: Responsible for supernatural containment and research.
• Strategic Operations Advisor: A senior figure within the Ministry of Defense who acts as a neutral party, coordinating efforts between the organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Mission Coordination: The SJC ensures that joint operations between SHIELD, STARS, and ARCANE are effectively planned and executed. Each mission receives support from SHIELD's technological resources, STARS' military might, and ARCANE's specialized knowledge when necessary.

Diplomatic Relations: The SJC works closely with the Denebolian Diplomatic Corps to manage interstellar relations, particularly when joint missions involve foreign planets, civilizations, or factions.

Technology Provision: SHIELD, as the lead scientific and technological organization, provides cutting-edge technology, weapons, communication systems, and support tools to STARS and ARCANE for joint missions. SHIELD holds jurisdiction over all information and technological advancements, ensuring the secure sharing of essential resources.

Facilities:

The SJC is housed within the Ministry of Defense, but it also maintains a presence on key installations, such as the INFINITY Station, SHIELD's Triskelion, and major STARS and ARCANE bases. 

The Academy Exchange Program (Academies) fosters collaboration and cross-training between the STARS Academy, SHIELD Academy, and the ARCANE Academy. It ensures that operatives from each organization are exposed to the core strengths of the others, making them more versatile in joint missions.

Structure:

SHIELD Agents training at the STARS Academy will receive cross-training in military tactics, spacecraft operations, and logistics management. They'll gain expertise in defensive operations, making them better prepared for missions that involve military components.

STARS Cadets will spend part of their training at the SHIELD Academy, where they will be trained in intelligence gathering, counterintelligence, and advanced technology. This will make them proficient in using SHIELD technology and handling highly classified information.

ARCANE Specialists will attend both SHIELD and STARS academies to receive advanced technological training (at SHIELD) and space exploration tactics (at STARS). In turn, STARS and SHIELD cadets will be sent to the ARCANE Academy for supernatural training, learning containment and handling techniques for mystical artifacts and entities.
